Getting up to do anything is hard.
Staring into space or at Netflix
is about all that we can manage.
The good news is: This is not permanent.
I don’t need to list the horrific things we’re all going through right now as we recover from coercive control. You all know. It’s an unchartered course of unwinding the weird things that went on, resolving loss, grieving and realizing: It’s okay if the laundry piles up. It doesn’t matter if we’re ordering delivery of toilet paper and groceries because we can’t make it to the store.
